Poet, performer

«This is a man on the border. The border between theatre and poetry, between poetry and music» (…). «He goes forward, alone, in his search for words which sing, which are articulated, chewed, cut. Which become sound material without ever missing sense.» Portrait. Livre et Lire. Janvier 2003. Gallia Valette Pilenko.

Graduated from mathematics and musicology, Patrick published around ten books, including «La récréation des morts» (the playground of the dead) in 2001 and «Sous la lumière d’Assise» (under the light of Assisi) in 2000, «Pour ne pas mourir» (in order not to die) in 1999, and under the pseudo Armand The Poet: «Mes plus beaux poèmes d’amour» (my most gorgeous love poems) in 2000.

He is more and more involved with theatre: «Big et Bang» and «Sous la lumière d’Assise» were adapted by the Verseau Theatre, «On est tous nés!» (we were all born) created by the Nième Compagny, «Armand Le Poète» (Armand the poet) bilingually created at the French Institute of Athens in 2001, «L’inventaire des théories» (the inventory of theories) by the Houdard Heuclin Company in Chartreuse de Villeneuve les Avignon in July 2001.
Patrick has been practicing for about ten years the reading performance, which brought him to tour all over France, and up to Montreal and Athens.

He is associated with the musicians from the Tribu Hérisson for the «Douze Poèmes Musicaux» show (twelve musical poems).
