Saxophonist and clarinetist, Samuel Chagnard is a state graduated jazz music teacher and instructor at the Rhône-Alpes Cefedem (music teacher schooling center).
His teaching and musician skills led him to participate in many projects associating music and the relationship to others, working with diverse esthetics and audiences.
Since 1998, Samuel Chagnard has been part of the Tribu Hérisson collective with which he had the opportunity to play with Louis Sclavis, Didier Petit, Carlo Rizzo, Beňat Achiary and Jean-Pierre Drouet among others. Composer and arranger, he is part of several ensembles: Le Grand Lustucru, Pl[a]in Sud, L’O.G.R.E. and Fanfare La Tulipe.
